SentientOS
Privacy & Data Use
Effective September 5, 2026. This notice explains how Sentient Connect handles information in SentientOS and AURA Genesis.
What SentientOS collects
Account and profile information needed to authenticate you and operate your SentientOS environment.
Information you choose to provide through MIND | BODY | SPIRIT Triangulation (C) 2026 check-ins, goals, reflections, journey activity, and DISC assessments.
Security, device, session, and application-event information needed to protect accounts, diagnose failures, and maintain the service.
Agreement evidence, including the policy and notice versions accepted, electronic signature, acceptance time, account identifier, and reasonable request information such as IP address and user-agent data.
How information is used
SentientOS uses your information to provide the features you request, personalize your experience, show longitudinal patterns, support authorized staff workflows, secure accounts, and improve product reliability.
DISC information is used as a behavioral and communication framework. SentientOS does not treat DISC results or MIND | BODY | SPIRIT scores as medical or psychiatric diagnoses.
AURA Voice and microphone access
AURA Voice never activates the microphone silently. Your browser, phone, or headset asks for microphone permission, and a live voice session begins only after you intentionally start it.
During an AURA Voice session, microphone audio is transmitted to a vetted realtime voice service so AURA can understand and respond to you. SentientOS uses short-lived session authorization and does not expose permanent service credentials to your device.
SentientOS does not intentionally convert a live voice conversation into a permanent structured user record unless a separate, clearly authorized product action explicitly performs that write. Service providers may process and retain data according to their applicable service terms and configured retention controls.
Meta wearable camera and display access
Connecting a supported Meta wearable is optional. SentientOS starts registration or a wearable session only after you choose to connect or start that feature, and device permissions are handled through Meta AI and the operating system.
SentientOS does not silently activate a wearable camera. Camera frames are available to SentientOS only during an active, user-initiated wearable session, and camera media is not saved by default. Saving or intentionally persisting captured media requires a separate user action or an otherwise clearly disclosed feature.
On supported display-capable Meta wearables, SentientOS may show concise AURA status or next-action information. Ending the wearable session stops SentientOS camera or display use even if the device remains paired with Meta AI.
Staff access and privacy boundaries
Authorized staff access is controlled by account role and organizational scope. Staff access is not permission to bypass authentication or access unrelated organizations or users.
AURA staff voice sessions are scoped to the client selected by the authorized staff member. SentientOS performs server-side authorization before preparing client context for that session.
Service providers
SentientOS relies on vetted service providers for application hosting, secure authentication, protected data infrastructure, AURA intelligence and realtime voice, optional wearable device functionality, and approved communications or automation when those features are enabled.
We aim to send each provider only the information reasonably needed for the feature being used.
Security
SentientOS uses authentication, server-side authorization, role controls, database access policies, encrypted network connections, and audit or operational controls where appropriate. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Sentient Connect retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect users and the company, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve required audit or acceptance records. Different categories may have different retention periods.
Eligible information can be requested for deletion, but some records may be retained when required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, exercise or defense of legal claims, or documented proof of an agreement.
Health and substance-use records
This general privacy acknowledgment explains the SentientOS application. It is not a blanket authorization to disclose medical, psychotherapy, or substance-use-disorder records. When HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, or another law applies, the responsible covered organization must provide any additional notice, consent, authorization, or rights process that law requires.
Your choices
You can choose whether to grant microphone or wearable permissions, end an AURA Voice or wearable session at any time, manage available account settings, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
Children
SentientOS is not intended for children under 13. Organizations that use SentientOS with minors are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required for their program and jurisdiction.
Updates to this policy
Sentient Connect may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. When a material change requires renewed acknowledgment or consent, SentientOS may block continued access until the current version is reviewed and accepted.
